Nate & Donee Wedding
This year I have totally cut back on weddings - in fact I vowed I wasn't going to do any this year. However, Donee climbed a mountain in Bolivia so she could talk via satellite - so with such dedication and pursuit I am happy to say I photographed their wedding - it was a great day.
Donee and Nate met through climbing and share a love of mountains and helping others - especially those in less developed countries. These rings tell that tale they come from a native hardwood from Bolivia where they got engaged - so of course we had to put them on our state tree.
A twirl for her groom.
With Nala.
Nate's mom gave Donee the most beautiful necklace as a surprise gift.
This is Nate's sister and family. They were moving from the East coast to the west and stopping in Montana for the wedding. One hitch the dog - who barked so was not allowed to fly. So this man looks amazing considering he had just driven 43 hours straight through with just a couple of naps en route!
Dani and I knew we were on for a fun day when we started on the bridal pictures - yes there were no bridesmaids. But who cares when you have such a rockin' musician as Neel!
A lush green June wedding.
A little Jewish traditon added into ceremony
Celebration time - like the climbers on the cake?!
Congratulations Nate and Donee - I hope you see this before you board the plane back to Bolivia. Travel safe - have fun times working and I look forward to talking to you soon - Craclke
